Silicon magnesium inoculant uses high-purity ferrosilicon and magnesium alloy as its base raw materials, with an impurity content of less than 0.5%.
Stable Processing
The product utilizes a vacuum melting and rapid cooling process to prevent component segregation and maintain a magnesium content of 5% ± 0.2%, ensuring consistent inoculation results.

Silicon magnesium inoculant significantly refines graphite, increasing the tensile strength of gray cast iron by over 15% and the impact toughness of ductile iron by 20%.
Highly Efficient
