Electric Arc Furnace Smelting
The company uses a three-phase electric arc furnace to refine Ferro Silicon. The furnace's temperature control system, combined with automatic charging equipment, ensures stable silicon content control within ±1%, meeting the demands of highly consistent batch orders.

 

Screening System
Our proprietary crushing and three-stage screening system accurately grades the product into sizes ranging from 0–3mm, 3–10mm, and 10–50mm. This adapts to various uses, such as cored wire and ladle addition, reducing the number of sorting steps required by the purchasing department.

 

Multi-Factory Coordination Mechanism
Leveraging integrated production lines in Ningxia and Tianjin, we have established a cross-warehouse transfer mechanism for finished products. This allows us to maintain a stable monthly supply of over 5,000 tons, even during plant maintenance or peak season delivery periods.

Alloying Additive
As a source of silicon, Ferro Silicon can be used in structural steel, spring steel, electrical steel, and other grades to enhance hardness, strength, wear resistance, and improve magnetic conductivity.

 

Cast Iron Spheroidizing Accelerator
In ductile iron production, Ferro Silicon can serve as a spheroidizing agent carrier, promoting graphite spheroidization and enhancing the toughness and microstructure uniformity of the casting.

 

Reducing Agent and Decarburizer
During high-temperature smelting processes, Ferro Silicon can be used as a reducing agent to help reduce metal elements in oxides and assist in controlling the carbon content in steel.

 

Auxiliary Material in Nonferrous Metal Smelting
